You must have to share your problem with someone you rely upon, someone you know, won't judge you. This can be your parents, your siblings or even a friend. A tour with your best friends is a real solid solution which I have seen to work most effectively.
As I said before, you need to spend time and focus on yourself so that you can improve yourself a little bit every day. So what can be those things where you can invest your time and energy? Well, Reading good books, learning valuable things like Web designing, Graphics, etc. , Music, Body training or exercise, Volunteering, playing sports and a lot of other activities.
Maybe even after all these, you may not overcome your depression. But again, it is a process which works slowly but SURELY.
